This limited-edition collection has been created in memory of Gregory Fetterplace, who passed away from Glioblastoma brain cancer in January 2026 after 17 months of fighting the disease.

Every purchase helps us support the Mark Hughes Foundation and their work in the fight against brain cancer, while keeping Greg’s memory at the heart of something positive.

Featuring a classic navy and cream checkered base with a barramundi graphic incorporating the brain cancer ribbon, it brings together Little Fisho's love of the outdoors with a cause that means so much to our family.

The barramundi is an iconic Australian fish and a natural fit for Little Fisho, while the incorporated ribbon represents the reason behind this collection.

This isn't just another Little Fisho print. It's a limited-edition collection created to remember Greg and help raise funds for the Mark Hughes Foundation.

Barras for Brain Cancer is a trial campaign with very limited stock available. If the campaign is successful, our hope is to make it an annual fundraising campaign for the Mark Hughes Foundation - the summer version of Beanies for Brain Cancer.
